Welcome to Your Radiant Business, monthly newsletter.

Big Dreams Daily Joys
Book recommendation
The book in the photo this month was recommended to me by my friend Emily Quinton from Makelight.com.
Big Dreams, Daily Joys is a practical guide to running your own business, or simply trying to manage time more efficiently.
A handbook to getting things done with clarity, joy, and positivity.

The joy of setting my own schedule
The one thing I care about in my life more than anything is how I spend my time.
I'm always looking at my weekly schedule and trying to figure out how to make it work better for me.
For example, these last couple of months, I've been going to yoga class at lunchtime two days per week instead of at 8am, which is what I used to do.
This is because I realise that I like to get outside to run or walk my dog first thing, and then get started on my work day.
By lunchtime, I am ready for a break. Yoga is perfect.
This has been a revelation, and led me to make some changes in my clinic schedule.
I changed my booking system so my 'free discovery calls' are separate from my clinic hours.
I used to have free calls available during my clinic time, but I've realised that I am better focused on clients only during that time.
I typically have new enquiries come in over the weekend, and so it makes sense to have time open for calls first thing on Mondays.
It's a very small thing, but already it feels better for me.
As I continue to grow my practice, I pay attention to anything that feels like an obstacle, and do what I can to move it.
If you don't already do this, having a 'book now' button on your website, with an invitation to book a free 30 minute call is something I would really recommend.
What are the small changes that have helped you in your practice?

The quote for this month is by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, from her book 'Women Who Run With The Wolves'.
The quote I've chosen encourages us to listen to our intuition, something I find important in my life as well as my practice.
The April planner will be in your next newsletter, which comes to you on Friday 27th March.

The ethics of self-care
Highly Sensitive People by Elain Aron, explores whether they have a greater need for meaningful work and can overdo their meaningful activities. Does that sound familiar? I absolutely love this! I need to print it out and keep it in my planner! How to craft your copy for social media – via Twitter
Simple (and funny) tips for writing for social media. I don't hang out on Twitter these days, but I kind of miss it for things like this. What to read when you are expecting
I love Erin Boyle’s blog. She lives in a tiny apartment in New York and is expecting her third baby. Here's her list of books on motherhood. These are all new to me and they look interesting, so I've bookmarked it to share with clients.
If you’ve read this far, thank you!
This was originally shared in March 2020, when the newsletter was sent via Mailchimp. I’ve copied it here so you can access it easily.
I hope you found something here to interest or inspire you.
With warmest wishes,
