Hi!
I hope you are having a good week so far.
I just wanted to send a reminder about my new webinar that’s happening next week: Skills, Checklists and Strategies for a Thriving Practice.
It’s evolved out of ‘practice strategy’ conversations, both here on the newsletter, on webinars and in real life with many other homeopaths.
Would you like to be part of this conversation?
Maybe, like many other homeopaths, you find yourself saying yes to a client request and then wishing you hadn’t.
Perhaps, like me, you have even been known to compromise your well-being by putting your patients’ needs instead of your own.
Fifteen years down the line, I realise my work is 50% homeopathy, 50% strategy.
When I say strategy, I don’t mean ‘marketing strategy’ in the traditional sense.
What I mean is ‘client retention strategy’.
I want to increase the likelihood that they will stay with me long enough to see the improvements that they are hoping for.
My homeopathy practice strategy
Attract people I can actually help (which is definitely not everyone)
Give them a jargon-free summary of what to expect
Give them clear feedback so they can see how they are improving
Give them options that help them to stay if they reach a plateau
Keep in touch with them so they become a long-term client
Does this always work?
I wish I could say that it does. 🤷🏼♀️
According to my most recent practice review, it works around 80% of the time.
I am ok with this figure, as I think it’s realistic.
(I regularly use my booking system to generate reports to help me figure out what is working and what isn’t.)
Overall, I would say my clients trust me, respect my boundaries, and see their homeopathy treatment as an ongoing process. ✨

In this new webinar, my goal is simple.
I want to make your practice journey easier by sharing what I've learned, whether you are just starting out or more established and refining your practice.
As my practice has evolved over 15 years, my client management strategy has evolved through 3 phases.
Initially, I focused on keeping people coming back.
Later, I focused on creating systems for easier communication.
Now, I focus on attracting and retaining ideal clients and letting go of the rest.

There will be plenty of time for your questions and discussion. I know that client management raises a lot of questions so I am committed to giving time to address all of them!
I'm excited to teach on this topic as I believe it is important for homeopaths to be able to help people without undermining their own time and energy.
We offer and give a valuable service and we deserve to work with people who trust us and value homeopathy.
There is a clear set of notes available on the day, and a revised set to follow the training.
This includes templates, examples of emails and forms for the systems I share with you.
If you have any questions, please email:
I hope you will join me. ✨
If you are a recent graduate, and you’ve filled in the survey, look out for a personal email from me, with a surprise. 🍭
Not filled out the survey yet? It’s not too late!
As always, thank you for reading.
I’ll be back on Friday with the end-of-month newsletter, plus a reminder about the early bird.
