I hope you are having a good week so far.
It’s not too late to join my webinar Skills and Checklists to Grow Your Practice Online.
This webinar contains everything you need to build and maintain a steady flow of enquiries (even without social media).
Maybe your practice is busy, and steady? If so, that’s great!
Or perhaps, like me, you don’t get enough word-of-mouth referrals, or maybe you don’t want to spend all your time on social media (or maybe you like social media but it’s not working for you).
Over sixteen years in practice and 95% of my new enquiries have always come through Google Search (I spend no time on social media for practice-building).
This didn’t happen overnight, but time spent on writing quality content pays off over time.
Currently, my top-performing articles are:
The Truth About Post-Viral Fatigue
Signs Your Liver Needs a Gentle Detox
I do have other strategies to keep myself busy, which include sending a fortnightly newsletter and every few months I reach out to people I’ve not seen in a while to see how they are getting on.
But - these two strategies alone would not be enough for me to be busy enough otherwise.
I want to increase the likelihood that people find me on Google, and then if we are a good fit, I hope they will stay long enough to see the improvements that they are hoping for.
My online strategy
Attract people with useful and knowledgeable content
Show people I am trustworthy through my reviews
Be transparent with my fees, hours and other key information
Review and maintain my website and Google business page
Keep in touch with a newsletter to encourage a long-term relationship
Does everyone who finds me online become a client?
No. 🤷🏼♀️
My most recent practice review shows that around 70% of enquiries lead to a first consultation.
I am ok with this figure, as I think it’s realistic.
(I regularly review my practice to help me determine what is working and what isn’t.)
Overall, I would say that writing articles and newsletters a couple of days per month means I’m free to focus on the work that I want to do – Homeopathy consultations, casework, and communication between appointments.

In this webinar, my goal is simple.
I want to make your practice journey easier by sharing what I've learned, whether you are just starting out or more established and refining your practice.
As my practice has evolved over 16 years, my online strategy has evolved through 4 phases.
Initially, I focused on simply having a website up and running.
Later, I focused on writing quality articles to show my experience and expertise.
Then, I developed and refined my homeopathy newsletter, something my clients tell me they actually look forward to receiving.
In more recent years I learned the value of having an up-to-date Google Business page and now not a month goes by without me asking people to write me a review (this doesn’t happen overnight, but is very worthwhile).
