It’s hard to know how to start this newsletter.
I have a poster in my office that says, ‘You’re doing ok’, and I feel like it’s been my mantra the last two years.
I don’t always feel I’m doing ok, especially when the world is so far from ok, but the poster reminds me that I am doing my best, even though I always feel I should be doing more.
I have a new offering this month, a Spring Practice Retreat.

The truth is, practicing homeopathy takes a lot of mental and emotional work.
Working to restore the health and energy of sick people can be draining and frustrating as well as exciting and rewarding.
As homeopaths we are self-employed, which means - no boss or management team to direct us - but also, no support on a day-to-day basis.
This is why I feel there's such a need for reflective practice and personal development – for our own well-being and also to cultivate our positivity and resilience.
