How my obsession with hay fever started
I started experiencing hay fever from age 7 and suffered horribly every summer.
Age 16, I was excited to read about allergy injections in a magazine, which for some reason my GP agreed to do.
After two of those injections, my hay fever stopped but so had my periods.
This concerned me, so I stopped having injections and started using antihistamines instead.
This continued every summer until I was 25 and I went to see a homeopath for support with my immunity.
The following summer I started having homeopathy remedies for my hay fever and it was great to no longer be feeling sleepy from taking antihistamines for 3 months every year.
Despite seeing my homeopath every couple of months, my symptoms reappeared with maximum intensity in May the following year.
I asked if they would get better over time, and she told me they would – but they didn’t.
My first hay fever protocol
Fast forward 10 years, and I was a homeopathy student, obsessed with finding a way to treat chronic hayfever.
I asked all my lecturers for their tips.
Combining their ideas, I devised a protocol of my own, which I offered to my husband.
It helped him so much I tried it myself the following year and subsequently offered it to friends and colleagues (who also found it effective).
The following year they all requested having a repeat of the treatments and I knew I was onto something.
Hay fever helped me grow my practice
In my first year of practice a man came to see me for treatment for severe asthmatic hay fever.
He had such great results, he’s come to see me twice yearly ever since.
He’s also referred many other people to me.
He introduced two new people to me just this week.
Every year I add to my list of people who have hay fever.
Hay fever season comes around every year and gives you a great excuse to get in touch.
I will be honest and say tha not everyone loves the protocol though.
There are quite a few remedies to take and some people can’t be bothered.
But, for people who are prepared to make the effort, the results are worthwhile.
Ultimately, it’s up to them.
Reviews from patients
I have had such a wonderful experience working with Tracy to help prevent and relieve my hay fever symptoms. I used to rely on antihistamines to survive pollen season, however with Tracy’s help and remedies I have been able to enjoy summer without the need for them.
I've had three sessions over 8 months with Tracy to help treat my chronic urticaria, as well as improve energy levels and hormonal balance. Over time, I've seen a marked improvement in my symptoms and no longer take anti-histamines. Urticaria is difficult to treat, so this is a huge win.
